A lot of people have wanted me to talk about swimwear lately for some of my comments, and as a true lake/sea/pool girl, I’m often in the water in my swimsuit, especially when the weather forecast reports temperatures climbing above 28 degrees.
While I often have several swimwear brands on rotation, Everlane’s V-neck one-piece swimsuit is the one I’ve worn the most this summer – and the good news is that it’s on sale for 50% off this August. Everlane’s V-neck one-piece features a deep V-neck, built-in shelf bra, removable padding and adjustable wide straps. Made from fully lined Italian fabric, the swimsuits also technically feature the ability to dry quickly and resist fading, and were fit tested on 100 different women to ensure a comfortable, attractive and uninterrupted fit.
Each swimsuit is made from 80% Econyl yarn, an eco-friendly fabric made from recycled waste such as fishing nets, fabric scraps and industrial plastics. A very comfortable fabric to wear, at an even better price!
What people are saying
With hundreds of reviews endorsing it and raving about it, Everlane shoppers called the eco-friendly one-piece swimsuit “the best-fitting swimsuit they own.
It’s “amazing,” praised one user.” They said, “It has a little padding in the chest to cover my butt and the straps are adjustable. It is “truly the smartest design, fits perfectly and looks beautiful.
“As a full-figured girl, it’s hard to find a swimsuit that fits well,” the reviewer wrote. However, thanks to adjustable straps, “this one fits perfectly. the V is deep, but at least on this 45-year-old, [it] still fits perfectly.”
Another shopper said they “have never felt so good in a swimsuit. Plus, it “shows off my figure assets while covering the rest of my body.” The swimsuit, despite its 4.15-star rating, also received feedback from some users that while it was the “most flattering” they had ever tried, it was a little too thin and would be better if it were thicker.
One reviewer said the color and quality were “very good. The downside is that they “wish” the design had higher legs and a thicker cut.
